Directions
Pasta alla checca is a historical dish of the Roman culinary tradition, prepared with a few simple ingredients and excellent during the summer. The peculiarity of this first course, tasty and delicious, is that the sauce is cooked in the same pot as the pasta.

Start preparing the dish by cooking the pasta in a pot with plenty of boiling water for the time indicated on the package, taking care to drain it well al dente. |

As soon as the water comes to a boil, replace the lid with a bowl containing chopped mozzarella, caciotta and diced tomatoes, chopped basil, olive oil, salt and pepper. |

When cooked, drain the spaghetti, pour in the prepared sauce and stir quickly to mix everything together, then serve immediately. |
